This place is great! I go to John once a week to keep my body in line and it makes huge difference. He is extremely knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable when I came in the first time. I didn’t realize I was “broken” til I went in! I got a membership so I can come in every week- it’s a great deal $80 a month is unbelievable deal. Get in there and let John fix you!

Dr. John is great! I was recommended to come here by a friend and I'm glad I was. When I first when in, I had terrible lower back pain. Not really sure how or why, but my back was out of alignment. However, in seeing Dr. John, he fixed me up right quick and I was good to go back in no time. Definitely see Back in a Flash for your chiropractic needs.

Started off with my first experience in the float tank. Everything was very clean and the float tank had a setting where you could play music and turn on lights inside! After an hour, leaving the float tank I was feeling pretty zen. To top it off, I got a first time adjustment from Dr. John and it was amazing! I left there feeling light and relaxed. Will definitely be coming back.

I have been receiving adjustments for 25 years now to help lessen the pain of injuries to my cervical spine that have resulted in pinched nerves. Because of Dr. John I am able to achieve 100% pain free status and I have a very sedentary job that requires me to remain seated hours at a time. My first time going to a chiropractor and experience is definitely a positive one. My big head seems to sit appropriately between my shoulders for once instead of bobbling forward like a baby bird. Also fixed my shoulders that were elevated from probably flailing my arms around too much during volleyball. Very affordable price.

I visited Dr. John for an adjustment after some lower back pain came up from improper lifting of heavy items. It had been 5+ years since I last visited a chiropractor and I very much appreciated that Dr. John took the time to sit me down and spend 5-10 minutes discussing the practice, its benefits, and what to expect. Today was my first visit to Back in a Flash. There was a quick 2 page profile sheet I was asked to complete and within minutes I was with Dr. John getting my adjustment. His adjustment was one of the best I have ever had. I could tell that he is very in tune with what is going on with my body and tailored his efforts accordingly. He also gave us a tour of the facilities and I was very impressed with beautiful massage rooms, hydration IV room and pod floating room. Everything was very clean, modern and new. I also met a lady that has been going to this office for 2 years and she raved about the consistency and quality -- I would highly recommend anyone give this office a chance to win them over.

OK, so this was my first ever Alignment. I am 35 retired athlete, current chef. So I told dude this and he released the kraken. I had been barely able to sit up prior to walking in the door, after my session ,I sprung up. And all of this was just a basic alignment. The pricing is very fair. I will most definitely be making this a weekly treat. OK, so I waited until the morning after to finish my review, and I must say I slept wonderfully. Yes, there is still tension due to it being my first ever alignment, but that tension has very noticeably diminished in severity from before my release. I say again, I am making this a weekly treat, I suggest you do also and with pricing at BIAF, I may even make it a couple times a week. Highly recommend. I haven't slept that well in year. And I seem to be flushing impurities faster.

I walked out feeling way better than when I walked in! I really messed up my back yesterday and could barely walk. I got an hour massage from Adam, then a chiropractic adjustment from Dr. John, then I did an hour in the float tank. All were fantastic and extremely helpful! I feel like I just had a spa day but at a very reasonable price! This place is clean, professional, the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Easy to walk in and easy on your wallet.

Dr. John is a godsend. He’s very efficient and knows what he is doing clinically. I have been his patient since he opened the practice. And will continue to see him and rely on his services to get my back back in sync in a flash for as long as he is practicing. I’ve sought out other providers.. but had issues returning to them because I would return to them and I felt like 50 first dates... as in they don’t remember my chief complaint... I felt like I would have to explain myself all over again... this is not the case with Dr. John. He knows what’s up and better yet.. he remembers how to remedy the “situation.”

I have intense lower back up that occassionally flares up. I was in major pain yesterday and was not able to get an appointment anywhere else that was reasonably affordable. Thankfully, Back in a Flash accepts walk ins and is super affordable. Prior to this visit I hadn't seen a chiropractor before, so I had zero idea what to expect. With a name like Back in a Flash, I could only assume that the process was quick. Which it was, but what I mostly appreciated about this visit was, how in depth my chiropractor was about the whole process and what was going on in my body. He really helped me understand how my problem was affecting my body, and what he was going to do to relieve the pain. After a quick and in depth rundown of what was going on, back in a flash happened. It was awesome. I strongly consider checking this place out.

I walked through the doors in severe neck pain. It was my last hope before going to the doctors office. Decided to go there after learning several of my friends and coworkers have frequented this business. Dr. John gave a thorough explanation of why it's good to keep with regular adjustments. I had a really effective adjustment and then soaked in a float tank for an hour after. They offer very reasonable special introductory prices as well as reasonably priced packages. Next time I think I'll try a massage before the adjustment and maybe soak afterwards. It was my first time soaking so it takes a bit of getting used to but I think it'll feel more natural the second time around now that I know what I'm doing.

This is the first chiropractors office I have ever visited and they have always made me feel comfortable. At my first visit Dr. John used a spine model to explain to me the benefits of getting regular adjustments. The location is very convenient to my home and employer and the price is fair. I don’t visit as often as they tell me I should but also never feel pressured to come in more often. I recently visited for a massage as well and am excited to try the float tank and their other services.

I've mostly gone for chiropractic adjustments and never have to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen. The staff is friendly and the waiting area has super comfy loungers. I’ve been here a few times and I’ve had great experiences . Yesterday, I pulled up the iPhone measuring app and found out I was -4 degrees (tested multiple times on different surfaces, re-leveling each time). I hadn’t been in to see Dr. John in a month or so. I went to see Dr. John today and re-measured afterwards, and what do you know, I was at 0 degrees. And that, my friends, is what warrants a special google review. 👍

I fell on Ice today walking to work and slipped my L5. All of my chiropractic offices that take my insurance would not accept me today and I was in so much pain and had to leave work. 2 90 minute floats later and I’m definitely figuring this out! This is a really nice facility to do so, everything you need is in the same room as the tank so if at any time you feel like you need to shower, dry your face, apply Vaseline to places you missed, new ear plugs..... it’s all right there! Staff explains things well if you need and there’s lots of good music queued up on the iPad if you like some subtle beats to refocus on!

I had never visited a chiropractor in my life and I was skeptical to visit one. But my acute lower back pain made me desperate to visit one. Dr.John was seeing walk ins and I am so glad I walked in. He sounded knowledgeable and explained to me very thoroughly how it works. He made some quick adjustments on my spine and I felt better instantly. "My pain is gone and I feel better than I have in years". I followed it with a 60 minute massage from Alisha and it was a wonderful experience. She was very methodical and my back felt rejuvenated after the massage. I am going to see them again.

Wow. I happened to be in Denver, Co that day on business & stumbled upon this place. I was in so much pain & they took me in as a walk-in for an adjustment. That in itself is impressive! That was one of the best adjustments I have ever had. Dr. John really knows his stuff. I feel at least 60% better with just one session which is amazing given how I have ignored my problem & let it go chronic. I was truly amazed at his skill & professionalism with which this facility operates. I can hardly wait for my next adjustment & a massage. I called one Saturday afternoon, I had the most excruciating neck pain, I was even struggling to swallow. I called 30 mins before closing time, that day they were going to close even earlier. I think they heard my voice of desperation, they said they would wait until I would show up. He cracked my neck, and immediately tears started to run down my face, it was a sense of relief but very painful. He adjusted the other side, and then let me lay there with ice on my neck. John, took the time to help me, I will forever be grateful. He explained to me that I sprained my neck, and is now helping me with issues that i have in my neck. Dr. John is by far THE BEST CHIROPRACTOR that I have seen since my injuries & associated problems started 15+ years ago. I have seen a countless number of other "so-called" chiropractors, but Dr. John Perea is definitely in a league of his own! Suffering from sciatica and a herniation at L5-S1, my medical doctor initially said that I would likely need surgery, but my orthopedic doctor recommended that I try chiropractic adjustments and massage therapy first. Well that's where the last 15 years of looking for a good chiropractor have left me - STILL needing treatment. It wasn't until I met with Dr. John & Marilyn (massage therapist) that I realized what a chiropractic office SHOULD be like & WHAT he should do to address my sciatic and issues stemming from a herniation at L5-S1. Dr. John always ensures that his patients feel welcomed, at ease and comfortable with both himself as well as his procedures. He combines all of the above with a perfect mix of professionalism & empathy making it a welcomed "joy" rather than a chore to go to a chiropractic appointment, not to mention the awesome trigger point massages I get from Marilyn. Lastly, I am almost always pain-free until my next appointment, and one very specific problem area that has consistently plagued me over the last 15 years, in a matter of only a couple visits, has COMPLETELY HEALED in that area! I would recommend Dr. John over anyone, especially all of the other Denver Chiropractors hands down!! It doesn't matter if you live next door in Downtown Denver or 200 miles away - you MUST SEE HIM, you'll be well-pleased with your choice in chiropractic care!

I absolutely love coming to back in a Flash Chiropractic & Massage. I always receive the best customer service. Dr. John is the best chiropractor that I've personally experienced. The massage therapist do amazing massages. I have also experienced the float therapy deprivation tank, love it! I was referred to Dr John by a friend. My son had extreme lower back pain when we went in. After Dr John gave him his first adjustment, he walked out feeling almost 100% better. We purchased a very affordable package & look forward to further adjustments. Nice office, friendly staff & great chiropractor care!

This place is amazing. I would recommend to my friends and family. I just gotten back from Vacation and was hurting from my lower back. I couldn’t last sitting or standing. I was in pain. I looked them up on line read some reviews like this one and decided to give them a try. This was my first visit to a Chiropractic doctor. They accept walking’s which is a plus. The doctor was very friendly and explained everything. He adjusted my back and when I got up I felt amazing like seriously 10 years younger right away. My pain when away! Give them a try you would not be disappointed. They do massages too..

This was the first chiropractor I have ever tried and I am so happy I did. For the first time in over a year I can sleep thru a whole night because of the amazing results I got from doctor John. If your even just slightly considering getting an adjustment I would go see the miracle worker doctor John. Not to mention I can get thru a whole day of working and driving without any issues it is amazing.

This is a wonderful place! So many good things under one roof. I’ve been getting massage from Adam for over a year now. I have to say Adam is phenomenal! Best massage therapist I’ve ever had. Dr John is just as good for your chiropractic needs. This office is mellow, so no need to feel stressed or overwhelmed when you walk in to this wonderful place!

The fact that they do walk ins was amazing. I came in after a long day for an adjustment (my first one ever) and Dr P made it so easy to understand the importance of the adjustment before we started. Then, me being pregnant he was very careful with my body & made sure that he explained as he was going. Such a genuine and quick & easy place and people. In and out feeling better posture and alignment right away.

I have been having bad headaches for some time now. After a few visits with Dr. John I have had major improvements. I am able to sleep better and haven't had to take pain meds to cope with the pounding. Give them a try, I did and I am so thankful for going.

I was amazed how many services they offer under one roof, I started with float tank 1.5 hours, right into an hour massage, then got chiropractic. All were superb, clean & affordable. As I was checking out noticed 3 more spa type services I didn’t know were in the same office. Referred a girlfriend who went in the next day for all the same with same results👍🏻. Yes this place has it figured out.

I went in 20 minutes after reading some reviews and scoping out the website. I was barely able to walk myself in with a pain level of 9, and less than 30 minutes later I was waking out feeling maybe a 1 in terms of levels of pain that he had warned me would most likely happen since my body was adjusting and explained that with some at home care should go down to a zero. Dr. Perea was friendly, efficient and highly skilled. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a trusted expert. Looking forward to future appointments.
