Prepaid Packages, Credits & Refunds
Due to the permanent closure of Back In A Flash Chiropractic & Massage, refunds will not be issued for prepaid service packages, unused visit credits, or outstanding account balances.
Policy Details
Prepaid Service Packages
All prepaid chiropractic adjustment packages, massage packages, and other bundled service plans were sold with access to services over the life of the package. Services were continuously available to all patients with active packages through the date of closure on March 20, 2026.
Because the practice has permanently closed and is no longer able to operate, refunds, reimbursements, or account credits will not be issued for unused visits or remaining balances associated with prepaid packages.
Recurring Billing Plans
All recurring billing and subscription charges were permanently canceled as of the closure date. No further payments will be processed. If you believe you were charged in error after March 20, 2026, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue.
Post-Closure Charges
No charges of any kind will be initiated by Back In A Flash Chiropractic & Massage after the closure date. If you see an unexpected charge on your statement dated after March 20, 2026, please contact us at [email protected] or 720-702-4727 so we can investigate and correct it promptly.
Prior Terms
This Refund Policy supersedes any prior refund, return, or withdrawal provisions published on this website, including but not limited to any general right-of-withdrawal language that may have appeared in our Terms & Conditions prior to the permanent closure of the practice. As of March 20, 2026, the practice is no longer operating and no new purchases, transactions, or service agreements are being entered into.
