Due to economic challenges beyond our control, we have made the difficult decision to permanently close Back In A Flash Chiropractic & Massage. This was not a decision we made lightly. We are deeply grateful for every patient who trusted us with their care over the past 15 years.
Below you will find important information about your billing, medical records, and continued access to massage therapy services.
All recurring charges have been canceled. Refunds are not available for prepaid packages. See details below.
Your medical records are retained for 7+ years per Colorado law and are accessible to you.

Billing & Payments
All recurring billing and subscription charges have been permanently canceled as of our closure date. No further payments will be processed through our system. If you believe you were charged in error after March 20, 2026, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or 720-702-4727 and we will resolve the issue.
Prepaid Packages & Account Credits
Due to the permanent closure of our practice, refunds will not be issued for prepaid service packages, unused visit credits, or outstanding account balances. All prepaid packages were sold with access to services over the life of the package, and services were available through the date of closure.
We understand this is disappointing and sincerely appreciate your support of our practice over the years. If you have questions about your account or billing history, please contact us at [email protected] or 720-702-4727 and we will do our best to assist you.
This policy is effective as of the practice closure date of March 20, 2026.
Your Medical Records
Your Records Are Secure & Accessible
Your chiropractic records are securely maintained in our electronic health records system (ChiroHD) and will be retained for a minimum of seven years after your last date of treatment, in accordance with Colorado state law.
You have the right to access, obtain copies of, or transfer your medical records to a new provider at any time. There is no charge for requesting your records.

Finding a New Provider
We encourage all patients to establish care with a new chiropractic or healthcare provider for your continued wellness needs. When you select a new provider, you can request that we transfer your records directly to their office at no cost. See our medical records page for instructions.
